What is the return policy?
For safety reasons, candles cannot be returned once burned. However, if your order arrives damaged or you’re unhappy with your candle, reach out and we will make it right. Return for a full refund within 7 days of arrival.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim your wick to¼ inchbefore each lighting
Allow the first burn to create a full melt pool
Never leave a candle unattended
Do not burn for more than4 hoursat a time
What ingredients do you use?
Our soy candles are clean burning, low soot, and made with non toxic fragrance oils.
We use 100% pure soy wax, high-quality fragrance oils, essential oils and cotton wicks. No paraffin or phthalates.
